DINP offers superior performance compared to DOP, featuring lower volatilization weight loss and excellent intrinsic viscosity stability. It is the ideal choice for high-efficiency plastic processing.
DINP exhibits lower volatile weight loss versus DOP with matching intrinsic viscosity, with a higher viscosity reading if utilized independently.
It performs excellently in plastic fabrication: stable viscosity, trouble-free foam dispersion and reduced melting point. For PVC coating systems, it offers the minimum initial viscosity and negligible viscosity change.
While DINP owns low volatility and reliable low-temperature flexibility, its cold softness is a little worse than DIDP.
As a dedicated PVC plasticizer with great water resistance, low toxicity and top-tier electrical insulation, DINP-made materials are commonly manufactured into toy films, electric wires and various cables.
